Rich Rock Resources Inc. is a Canadian junior exploration company incorporated in British Columbia on January 23, 2008. The Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia with a field office in Smithers, BC. The company's officers, directors, and advisors combined have over 250 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, in both the public and private sector.

Rich Rock Resources is pleased to announce that on October 16, 2009 the company purchased 3 properties: the Tas property, the Eagle property and the Redstone property. The company is currently completing new NI 43-101 reports on the Tas and Eagle properties that will be available shortly.

In addition, on January 29, 2010 the company acquired the Serb Creek property.
